The next edition of AFE will be held in in Hong Kong during 13-15 May, 2010. Joining the expo and conference will be manufacturers of caskets, urns, monument, tombstone, slab stone, cremation & embalming equipment, storage & morgue equipment, keepsake & memorial products, accessories and materials.  Service providers such as repatriation, cemetery, cremation, pre-planning and consultant services will also exhibit at the event.

As in the past, AFE will invite experts in different fields to speak at the conferences, covering topics surrounding funeral home, cemetery, cremation and other areas.  Other prominent international speakers will also be invited to give presentation in topics such as technical training and education, development of professionalism, trend of the funeral industry and other most-discussed issues.  On top of conference, networking functions and site visits will be arranged for AFE delegates too.

In May 2009, AFE attracted 18 international official groups and delegations from Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan and the U.S.  With over 150 exhibiting companies from Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania, the exhibiting scale was 70% larger than the 2008 edition.  AFE is expected to grow by 50% in 2010.
