Ingredients Russia - the International Exhibition for Food Ingredients, Additives and Flavourings – has come to an end. Judging by the general mood of the exhibitors and visitors, the event was successful. The 10th International Forum “Food Ingredients of the 21st Century” brought together many people, the Food Production Technologists School proved effective, and the exhibition itself attracted thousands of visitors.
